My name is Hazel, I am a mobile Hairstylist and wedding hair specialist based in St Austell Cornwall and I have over 12 years professional experience in the industry.

I love creating perfectly styled hair that is tailored to each of my customers. Whether you’re wanting an elegant updo, romantic curls, colour or cut. My attention to detail will ensure that you look and feel absolutely radiant whether it be on your wedding day or your regular hair appointment.

My Hairdressing Journey Began…

I began my hairdressing career at the age of 16, working as an assistant every Saturday in a salon near London. It was during this time that I realised how enjoyable it is to work in the industry. I then pursued my formal training , where I gain my NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Hairdressing, specialising in colouring, cutting and Bridal hair. 

To further develop my skills I joined The Chapel, an award winning Hair Salon. This is where I had the opportunity to refine my skills and became a Salon educator. Delivering tailored lessons to my Colleagues enhancing their abilities and knowledge. During this time I completed my hair colouring degree. This led me to have the opportunity to become an assistant hair stylist in Paris Fashion Week for Presente Ansastral in 2019.

In 2020 I relocated to Cornwall, and in January 2024 I started Hazels Hair Artistry. I have built my mobile hairdressing brand where I bring the salon to the comfort of your own home. Using Milkshake Colours and Products to ensure my clients are getting the salon finish at home.
